Cancellation Policy
At the CoCEO Brand, we value the time and commitment of our clients and strive to deliver exceptional services tailored to their needs. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all our clients, the following policy applies to all cancellations and rescheduling requests: Cancellations Requests: Clients may cancel their appointments or services up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date at no additional charge. Cancellations Within 48 Hours or Less: Cancellations or rescheduling requests received forty-eight (48) hours or less prior to the scheduled service will incur a fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total service fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy enables us to maintain high-quality service delivery and to accommodate the needs of all our valued clients effectively.
