Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all our clients, the following policy applies to all cancellations and rescheduling requests: Cancellations Requests: Clients may cancel their appointments or services up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date at no additional charge. Cancellations Within 48 Hours or Less: Cancellations or rescheduling requests received forty-eight (48) hours or less prior to the scheduled service will incur a fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total service fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy enables us to maintain high-quality service delivery and to accommodate the needs of all our valued clients effectively.
